Main House
The Main House is about 3,300 sq feet, has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 2 half bathrooms. It can sleep up to 10 people. Architecturally gorgeous it boasts all the comforts, stunning lake views, exclusive private club lake access, plus your own bocce ball court. Completely remodeled in 2022 from the ground up, the house is rich in passive heating techniques and “green” features. Geared toward the demanding high-end traveler, it’s decorated tastefully with a mix of new furniture and antiques. Offered with or without house service, or, we have quarters for your own support staff. The house has filtered water throughout, drinkable water and ice, dishwasher, TVs, sound bar, washer and dryer (for those that stay 4 night or more), fiber optic internet, alarm system and even vintage turntable and dvr/cd player for the classic in you.

As you enter the Main House you will find a 14 foot ceiling spanning the breath of the living room- dining space. Light floods from the skylights and the generous new insulated windows showcase the lake views. On one side - the original fireplace and on the other, a graceful tree reaches for the ceiling and tries to drape itself over the luxurious dining table.
To the left behind foot and half walls are the north and south bedrooms - each one can be set up as two twins or one king. The north bedroom also has a pull out bed to accommodate 3 people. Between them is the Jack and Jill bathroom. Like all the bathrooms, it has instant hot water, heat lamps and modern glass showers.
The large new kitchen has everything you would want. From the air fryer oven, microwave, regular oven, dishwasher, water and ice making fridge, silverware, dishes, knives etc. The L shaped part looks out to the lake and an outdoor sitting area with sliding windows that let the outside in. As you turn towards the tv/family room there is a beautiful wood table dividing the space.
The cozy family room has a 65” new tv, high end sound bar, blue tooth turntable, dvdr. At the far left end is a door to the calm central rock patio, the exit to the laundry/dryer and place for your outdoor gear/bikes, and the guest bathroom, (if a pet is authorized these two rooms are the only where they are allowed). At the far end the stairs leading to the second floor.
Walk upstairs to the two gorgeous and comfortable master bedrooms each with its own bathroom, view deck, 48” TV’s, reading chair and work desk. The Lake View one is all about the lake view. The Mountain View also has lake views and field views and a toddler size sun drenched wall mattress.
As nice as the indoor spaces are, you are here to enjoy the outdoors and we have created 4 spaces around the house that invite you to soak it all in. Enclosing a central grass lawn are a glass pergola space, the outdoor farm style dining room with BBQ/ bar and the inviting Moroccan pavilion and an outdoor 1/2 bath. Beyond these are the bocce ball court, fruit trees, herb and vegetable garden and fields to explore. On the other side is the rock garden, a tranquil place to have a conversation or enjoy a cup of coffee.
THE ROOMS AT THE CARETAKER HOUSE:
Two rooms: one with one single bed and the other with 3 single beds. Full bathroom with hot water and a kitchenette. Generally rented by guests of the Main House for their support staff or as overspill guests. Linens and towels are provided.
