The Main House has 3,300 sq feet and has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and two 1/2 baths. It sleeps 8 adults and 2 kids. It is a gorgeous “SabanaChic” remodel with all the comforts you could want. Completely remodeled in 2022, it is geared toward the demanding high-end traveler.

The Casita is about 300 sq feet and is a charming comfortable room plus bathroom that sleeps 2 adults in a full bed and a small child on a mattress. Lake view, partially remodeled, it has a full kitchenette, patio, BBQ, TV, hot water. It can be rented together with the Main House or separately.

The property is 1 1/2 North of Bogota in Vereda Chaleche, which is home to many Americans, foreigners, and discriminating Bogotonians alike - and it’s within the capital’s "diplomatic security ring”.
Tutasua is very convenient for day trips to enjoy your Sabana tourism (visiting the historic towns of Boyaca, like Villa de Leyva or the Zipaquira Salt Cathedral) without having to maneuver the heavy Bogotá traffic. In fact, using Tutasua to day trip into Bogota itself is also an option.
10 minutes to Sesquile or Guatavita. 30 minutes to a Carulla supermarket. 45 minutes to the Fontanar Mall in Chia that has just about anything: luxury shopping, sport equipment, electronics, Starbucks, movie theaters, fantastic restaurants, etc.
If you intend to drive on to the Llanos, Medellin or Cartagena and the Caribbean Tutasua is perfectly located as a way station to those areas as the shortest path to them.
